Detailed Express Shipping Options (FedEx)

(All transit times are calculated based on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays)

1. FedEx Priority Overnight® (Morning Arrival)

• Delivery Window: Delivered by 10:30 AM the next business day to most major metropolitan destinations. Remote or rural zip codes are generally delivered by 12:00 PM or 3:00 PM.
• Order Cutoff: Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM EST.
• Friday Orders: Priority Overnight orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM EST will arrive on Monday morning, unless the Saturday Delivery Upgrade is added at checkout.
• Note: To verify morning cutoff guarantees for specific rural zip codes, you may confirm transit directly with FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.

2. FedEx Standard Overnight® (Afternoon / Evening Arrival)

• Delivery Window: Delivered the next business day between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Order Cutoff: Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM EST.
• Friday Orders: Standard Overnight orders dispatched on Friday will deliver on Monday afternoon.

3. FedEx 2-Day® Express

• Delivery Window: Delivered on the second business day before 6:30 PM.
• Order Cutoff & Timelines:
  • Orders placed Monday – Wednesday before 4:00 PM EST deliver on the 2nd business day.
  • Orders placed on Thursday deliver on Monday.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM EST deliver on Tuesday.

4. Saturday Delivery Upgrade

• Standard overnight services do not automatically include weekend delivery.
• If you place an overnight order on Friday before 4:00 PM EST and require arrival the next morning, you must select the Saturday Delivery option during checkout ($49.95 carrier fee).
• Saturday delivery availability depends on local FedEx route coverage and is not supported in certain rural zip codes.

U.S. Postal Service (USPS), P.O. Boxes & Military Bases

USPS Priority Mail (2 to 7 Business Days)

• Destinations: All 50 states, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
• Dispatch Schedule:
  • Orders received Monday through Saturday before 2:00 PM EST depart the post office the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST depart the following business morning.
• Estimated Transit: Typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days (Military base transit can vary between 3 to 8 business days based on military mail routing).
• Note: Overnight delivery is technically not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Free Standard Delivery (3 to 7 Business Days)

• We provide Free Standard USPS Shipping across the United States on all qualifying store orders.
• Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days via standard postal routing.

International Delivery (Worldwide via USPS)

• Carrier: United States Postal Service (USPS International).
• Transit Time: Estimated 2 to 14 business days depending on country destination, border processing, and regional courier handover.
• Customs & Inspections: All international packages pass through destination customs. Dr. Detox is not responsible for foreign border customs delays, import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or localized clearance hold times.
• Correct Carrier Tier: Please select the International shipping option at checkout if shipping outside the U.S. If an incorrect domestic shipping tier is selected for an overseas address, our team will update your shipment to USPS International and bill the carrier rate difference accordingly.

Order Cancellation, Return & Restocking Terms

Due to the sensitive health, diagnostic, and hygiene nature of personal detoxification products and sealed chemical formulations:

• Strict Non-Returnable Policy: Once a product has been delivered or the safety seal is broken, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact customer service immediately before fulfillment. Once a package is processed or a shipping label has been generated, the shipment cannot be intercepted, and freight fees are non-refundable.
• Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Addresses: If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any product credit, and all return carrier freight costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
