Directions for Use
- Shake the contents of the bottle before placing it in the microwave; heat for only 10 seconds.
- Activate the included heat pad and attach it to the bottle using the rubber band. Ensure the temperature strip reads between 90°F and 100°F.
- If you do not have access to a microwave, keep the heating pad attached to the bottle for 45 to 60 minutes to reach the optimal temperature range of 90°F–100°F.
